Women in Leadership

There are now almost 1.5 million women who are self-employed in the UK. In fact, women account for 17% of all business owners (Labour Force Survey 2008, in Women in Enterprise: A Different Perspective, RBS Group 2013). Sadly, nearly 20% of all businesses close within their first twelve months of trading.

Reach Women, is a group of women who are committed to succeeding in business and employment whilst helping and supporting other women along the way. It is a private, women only, membership club where every individual is valued and heard. Reach Coaching offers an opportunity to receive support and find inspiration, to enable you achieve your business or career goals. All members agree to abide by a code of ethics when they join.

FORMAT

Meetings hold once a month. Each one lasts 2-3 hours and uses an informal format that is proven and effective.
At each meeting

• There is a focus topic

• One or more members are given an opportunity to share their challenges, gaining insight from the combined wisdom of other women

• You will establish a goal for the following month

• You will be accountable to the group for following through on your goal
