When I first started my business just over ten years ago, I was very excited about the adventure I had embarked on. Although I had been running my own businesses and involved in personal development for more than a decade, I had just completed formal training as a Corporate and Executive Coach and I couldn’t wait to begin to really change people’s lives.
My first year was challenging, as I learned that being good at what you do does not necessarily guarantee success in business. Like most start ups, I didn’t have much money to burn, so I tried to do everything myself. I was Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Marketing Director all at the same time. I even built my first website!
This worked for a while until, I realised that if I was going to build the kind of business I wanted to, I needed help. My Coaching business was not growing as quickly as I had anticipated. I wasn’t as focused as I needed to be and there were some aspects of growing the business I just didn’t know. The experience I had gained through my other businesses just wasn’t enough this time to get me where I wanted to be.
In addition to all of that, I had certain mind-sets that were not doing my business any good.
So I made the decision to hire a Business Coach. And yes, it cost me a lot of money.
But here’s the deal. If you want to succeed at your business, you do have to invest in it.
You have to invest in yourself as the business owner because your business will only grow as you, the owner and manager grows.
It takes money to make money – I know you’ve heard that saying before. It may sound like a cliché, but it is a true statement.
As a Business and Leadership Coach I meet people with big dreams almost everyday. That’s great, but having a dream in it self does not automatically lead to fulfilment of that dream. I see people with big dreams and I see just as many (if not more) with unfulfilled dreams.
It’s the people that are willing to do what it takes that see their big dreams become reality.
What is the Make it Happen package? A programme that will give you the tools you need to grow your business or achieve that big goal you’ve always wanted to achieve.
How long for? 6 sessions over 6 months
When: There are specific start dates and you will be enrolled in the next available one when you book.
Where: Virtual meetings held every month with the option of one individual coaching session after month 2.
One payment of £500.
6 monthly payments of £90/month by standing order. (Contact me if you would like this option)

Here you will not only learn about how to make your business more profitable or achive that goal but you also have the support of other business owners, entrepreneurs and motivated people to help you along the way.
Learn to love what you do
An optional 1hour one-to-one individual coaching sessions to give you the individual support that you may need (this will be booked once the programme is underway).
Free DISC personality profile assessment to help you better understand ways of working and communicating that serve you best (usual cost is £35)
Meet new people and hopefully have some fun!
